The Shelby Mountain Run is built around limited hotel accommodations, catered meals, event merchandise, and carefully planned group drives. Once the 120-car limit is reached, registration will close—and late registrants may miss out entirely.

After registering, you’ll receive an email with booking links for the host hotels in Elkins. Reserve your room as soon as possible! Special group rates are available through June 15, 2027, or while rooms remain available. Hotel availability may become limited well before the deadline, so don’t wait to make your reservation.

Cancellations with a refund, minus a 10% processing fee, are accepted through May 1, 2027. After May 1, registrations are non-refundable. All physical items included with registration will be shipped to the registrant at no additional charge.
